Middle Georgia State College Theatre presents Tennessee Williams' "The Glass Menagerie" April 30 through May 4 at the Arts Complex Theatre, Macon Campus. J. Scott McElheney, Middle Georgia State theater director, is the director of this production.
Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, through Saturday, May 3, and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 4.
General admission is $8. Admission for seniors and other students is $5. Middle Georgia State students, faculty and staff get in free with college ID.

Play synopsis: Amanda Wingfield lives in poverty in a shabby St. Louis apartment with her son, Tom, and her daughter, Laura. Amanda persistently strives to give meaning to her life and the lives of her children. Tom is frustrated by his mother's nagging and drinks heavily. Laura is crippled, and this defect, intensified by her mother's anxiety to see her married, has driven her to hide inside her own mind.
