Report a Hazard

Report- A- Hazard is an outlet you can use to report an unsafe or potentially hazardous condition in your work area or any area on campus or dormitory. You do not have to give your name if you wish to remain anonymous; just try to be as specific as possible so we have a clear understanding of what this hazard is and where it is located.
