DESCRIPTION: This position primary teaching responsibility will be in the areas of Networking and/or Cybersecurity. The applicants should also be able to teach a variety of IT core and elective courses within the IT program. Teaching responsibilities may include day and or evening classes. Travel between campuses (Cochran, Dublin, Macon, and Warner Robins) will be required. Online teaching experience is desired. In addition to teaching, job requirements include service to the institution; and an active research and scholarly activities leading to publication in peer-reviewed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a doctorate in IT or related disciplines with at least 18+ hours of graduate course work in the field of IT as well as a reasonable record of teaching and scholarship that warrants appointment at the rank of assistant professor.
