JOB SUMMARY: This student worker position in IT Services assists the full time technicians in handling faculty and staff technology needs. The student will work 19 hours per week and has flexible scheduling around classes. We are looking for candidates that can communicate technology issues well, have some experience in the Windows environment, and can learn about and apply troubleshooting techniques for both hardware and software problems.  

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Set up and take down computer workstations.
• Installing software
• Delivering technology supplies
• Answering incoming tech support calls
• Troubleshooting basic issues
• Supporting the full time techs with projects.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
