Description: |
NATURE OF WORK Perform aircraft maintenance, servicing and repairs to: landing gear, sheet metal, composite, hydraulic, environmental, electrical, instrumentation, avionics, and powerplant systems. Maintain inventory control for spare parts. Maintain precision maintenance and test equipment requiring calibration. Perform work in various conditions under time and mission constraints while ensuring safety and security requirements are met. Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in field by attending professional development training, workshops, and seminars. Display a high level of effort and commitment. Demonstrate trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant Certificate preferred. Three years current full-time experience in maintenance related field is preferred. Must display excellent human relations, oral and written communication skills. Candidate selected for employment will be subjected to a background investigation.
POSITION PAY GRADE: 21
