JOB SUMMARY: Middle Georgia State University is seeking candidates for the temporary sales associate for the Macon, Cochran, and Warner Robins Campus Stores. This position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Campus Store during the first few weeks of classes. 

MAJOR DUTIES:  

• Provide quality customer service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
• Responding to customer questions.
• Locating merchandise.
• Answering the phone.
• Filing.
• Stocking/restocking textbooks and general merchandise.
• Reset of merchandise at the end of each shift.
• Keeping the campus store cleaned and organized.
• Pulling inventory for web order fulfillment. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of setting up and staging merchandise displays.
• Skill in decision making and problem-solving.
• Skill in interpersonal relations and customer service.
• Skill in verbal and written communications.
