Spring Garden Symposium Scheduled For Feb. 28

Various sessions will focus on the topics of new and underused plants; the UGA Trial Garden; native azalea culture in the South; and livable landscapes. At noon, a tree planting in memory of Dr. Waddell Barnes, founder of the botanical gardens, will take place.
Registration is $40 and includes continental breakfast and buffet lunch. Sessions will take place on the first floor of the Professional Sciences and Conference Center on the Macon Campus.
