MGA's Hollifield Is a Real Gamer

Sarah Hollifield couldn’t imagine how her love of video games would ever lead to a career.

But by next Thursday, she’ll be graduating from Middle Georgia State College with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, her latest step toward a career in game development.

After graduation, she plans to continue her education at Middle Georgia State and earn her master’s degree.

Hollifield said she doesn’t think her college experience could have gone any better.

“Things worked out perfectly for me to finish all my classes, maintain a 4.0 and also do lots of research with faculty members,” she said.
