MGA Students Can File FAFSA Now

Students are now able to file FAFSA earlier! The 2017-18 FAFSA opens Oct. 1, 2016. You don't have to wait until January 2017!

To help Middle Georgia State University students complete their FAFSA files, the Office of Financial Aid is hosting info sessions on all five campuses:

Macon Campus: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 15 and Thursday, Nov. 17, Financial Aid office, second floor, Student Life Center.

Cochran Campus: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov., 14, and Tuesday, Nov. 15, Financial Aid office, Grace Hall.

Warner Robins Campus: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, and Wednesday, Nov. 16, Financial Aid office, Academic Services Building, first floor.

Dublin Campus: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, and Thursday, Nov. 17, Financial Aid office, Library Building.

Eastman Campus: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, and Thursday, Nov. 17, Financial Aid office, Room 1011B (computer lab).

What you will need:

1. Parent’s FSA I.D (dependent students)
2. Student’s FSA I.D
3. 2015 tax returns
4. Spouse Income Information (if applicable)

If you have successfully used the IRS Data retrieval tool on 2016-2017 FAFSA, 2015 tax information is not needed.
