Job Summary: Middle Georgia State University is seeking candidates to assist the Sim Lab Coordinator with stocking, cleaning, and organizing of supplies in the nursing skills lab.   

Major Duties:

• Maintains a clean and organized work environment in the nursing skills lab.
• Gather supplies and set up lab space as directed by nursing faculty.
• Return supplies to lab storage when not in use.
• Assists nursing students during open lab time as needed.
• Monitor inventory from the skills lab and simulation suite.
• Assists with changing bed linens.
• Participates in special events as needed.
• Assists Chair, Faculty and Administrative Assistant with special projects.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled at MGA.
• Must have GPA of at least 2.5.
• Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
• Knowledge and customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs.
• Oral and communication skills.
• Must be highly organized, disciplined, dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and flexible.
