Dr. Daisy Century Brings History to Life

Dr. Daisy Century, an actor who portrays African American women who changed history, will perform October 3-6 at all five campuses of Middle Georgia State University.

All performances are open to the public. Tickets are $5. Admission is free to Middle Georgia State students.

Here is the schedule of performances and the historical figures Century will portray:

• 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, Warner Robins Campus, Walker Auditorium: Sojourner Truth.

• 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, Eastman Campus, City of Eastman Room: Bessie Coleman.

• 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, Cochran Campus, Georgia Hall President's Dining Room: Madam C.J. Walker.

• Noon Wednesday, Oct. 5, Macon Campus, Student Life Center Dining Hall: Harriet Tubman.

• 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, Dublin Campus, Student Center: Madam C.J. Walker.
