Core Curriculum
The MGA Core Curriculum provides a broad experience with the liberal arts and sciences, complementing the in-depth study of a major with a range of skills and knowledge that equips students for life-long learning and personal fulfillment. A liberal arts education prepares students for a productive life in an increasingly interconnected and rapidly changing world.
To graduate, all students must complete a minimum of 120 academic hours. These requirements are met by taking classes in three (3) main academic areas:
- Core Curriculum Requirements - Areas A - E (Credits: 42 hours)
- Lower Division Major Requirements - Area F (Credits: 18 hours)
- Upper-level Courses (Credits: 60 hours)
