She chose Middle Georgia State College because … “It was close to home. (I get homesick.) Middle Georgia State also had the degree program I was interested in.”

The one thing that surprised her about Middle Georgia State was … “How friendly everybody was and how many students attend the college.”

Her favorite professor is … “Dr. Laurie Walters. She taught me Psychology my freshman year and Human Growth and Development my sophomore year. She is not only fantastic at her job but is very caring about each individual student.”

Her favorite place to study is … “My home has a little office. It is very cozy and comfortable. I go there all the time to work on assignments and study.”

One thing people don’t know about her is … “I love watching WWE WRESTLING!!”

Her friends make fun of her because … “Many of my friends and people in general tell me I have a very Southern accent.”

The one person she’d most like to meet is … “Kirk Franklin. He is a famous gospel artist and writer. He seems like a very down-to-earth person.”

Five years from now she sees herself … “Being a great teacher and touching each child’s life in a positive way!”
