Housing Contract
Students will sign their contract as part of their application processes. Once signed, the students will receive the signed copy via their MGA email account. An example of that contract can be viewed here.
Cancellations
There is no penalty for housing cancellations received before the cancellation deadline. The deadline to cancel a Fall assignment is July 10th, and the deadline to cancel a Spring assignment is December 10th. The cancellation must be received in writing to the Housing Office. Cancellations received after the cancellation deadline (July 10th/December 10th) will be subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee in lieu of the full amount of the housing cost.
Cancellation Procedure
Cancellations should be sent to . Students must include their MGA ID number and reason for the cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved, the student will be notified and housing charges will be reversed.
Housing Contract Appeals
Appeals regarding housing charges, cancellation fees, fines, etc. must be submitted to the Assistant Director of Housing within 30 days of notification or charges posting to student accounts.
