Prospective Residents
Welcome, future Knights!
If you’re considering living in University housing, we offer multiple residence halls that are located on each of our campuses. Most of our rooms are double occupancy units, however we do also offer single and four-person accommodations in select halls. When you live on campus, you’ll have close access to the many amenities and resources that we offer. Studies show that students who live on campus have a higher level of interaction with their faculty members; a higher level of involvement on campus through clubs, service projects, internships, and more; have greater access to counselors, advisers, peers, and other resources designed to support students' academic success; have more social connections; and have more academic commitment and focus, which can lead to greater academic success. In addition to how living in university housing can help you succeed in your academic career, there's another added benefit when it comes to affordability – our competitive rates are often much less than nearby rental options and our pricing also includes most utilities. We invite you to learn more about us below:
If you’ve made the decision to join us as a new resident, we can’t wait to have you live on one of our campuses soon! The information below will provide helpful information to assist in preparing for your upcoming move. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or if you have any additional questions, please check out our FAQs, call the Office of Housing & Residence Life at 478.934.3027, or contact a staff member directly.

Personal Property Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining a Personal Property Insurance for your items while you reside in University housing in order to ensure that your personal items are protected in the event of a natural disaster or other circumstances where they could incur damages. The university does not hold liability for your personal items, so it is your responsibility to ensure that they are insured and protected. During the housing application process, students will have the opportunity to explore personal property insurance. Students can choose this process or explore something on their own.
