COVID-19 Refunds

The University is working quickly to issue refunds to you for Spring 2020 pro-rated fees and expenses. We understand that these refunds are needed by many right now, and we will send refund dates as soon as we have them. Until we have dates, we want you to be aware of the refund plan and to ensure you are set up to receive these refunds as quickly as possible.

Make sure you are set up to receive payments through BankMobile:

  • BankMobile is the vendor we used this year to issue financial aid refunds. They will be processing these refunds as well.
    • If you already have a BankMobile account - Log in to your BankMobile account and ensure you have an active refund preference and verify all other info is current.
    • If you do not have a BankMobile account - Contact the Bursar's Office at bursar@mga.edu  to receive a personal code that will allow you to set up your refund preference.

March 16 will be used as the last date of services provided; refunds will be issued for the seven weeks remaining in the Spring Semester.
