Happy New Year 2026
The MGA Foundation and the entire MGA family are energized to begin a new semester after the holidays. With the arrival of the Spring term comes renewed momentum and, for hundreds of our students, the final stretch toward graduation.
Just days after returning to campus, I opened an email from an MGA senior majoring in computer science. He maintains a 4.0 GPA while balancing two campus jobs — as a tutor and a programmer. He wrote to ask whether the Foundation might be able to help cover a $2,400 tuition balance for his final two semesters. Without that support, he would be unable to stay enrolled and graduate on time.
This is exactly why the MGA Foundation exists.
Investing in students who demonstrate excellence, resilience, and a commitment to completing their degree is at the heart of our mission and it is the why behind every generous donor who supports scholarships, academic programs, and student experiences. In collaboration with Financial Aid, we were able to respond immediately and enthusiastically: Yes, we will help you cross that finish line.

In 2025 alone, the MGA Foundation awarded more than 600 student scholarships, established nine new endowed scholarships, and provided over $1.3 million in support for MGA academics and programs. Each gift, regardless of size, creates opportunity, removes barriers, and changes the trajectory of a student’s life.

In the coming year, you will hear more about a forthcoming capital campaign — one that is far more than a fundraising initiative. It represents a bold expression of who we are and what we value. With your partnership, we will continue to expand access, elevate academic excellence and relevance, strengthen community and regional impact, and inspire pride through student success and alumni engagement.
