Mathematics Academic Resource Center

Dear Students,

In effort to minimize the risk of COVID-19, the MARC will remain closed for face to face, one on one tutoring throughout the Fall 2020 semester. However, the MARC is offering the following resources to help with your math needs:

  • Online Tutoring: The MARC will conduct one on one online tutoring appointments through WCOnline. These appointments can be scheduled by clicking the "Online Tutoring Appointments" button below.
  • Optional Supplementary Sessions: The MARC will be offering optional supplementary group tutoring sessions for MATH 1001 and MATH 1401. These will take place in a face to face setting with appropriate social distancing and masks required. Appointments can be scheduled by clicking "Optional MATH 1001 Supplementary Sessions" or "Optional MATH 1401 Supplementary Sessions" below.
  • MARC Help Request Form: The MARC will continue to utilize the MARC Help Request form. Any questions you may have can be sent to us through this form. We will respond with a video link and appropriate details for your particular question. You can also see all videos previously recorded under "MARC Video Resources".

Thank you,
MARC Staff

Please use a computer for all online tutoring appointments. The tools used in online tutoring are not supported on most phones. Joining from your phone may result in technical issues that can prevent you from receiving the help you need during your appointment.

Note: These links will take you to the WCOnline for the Department of Mathematics & Statistics. You will need to register for an account, even if you have previously registered for an account with WCOnline through the SSC. We recommend that you use the same login information to prevent any future confusion. If you are trying to schedule with the SSC, you can do so at https://mga.mywconline.com/.

Welcome to MGA's MARC website! We are your Mathematics Academic Resource Center, located on the Macon and Cochran campuses. We offer one-on-one peer tutoring, group tutoring, and access to computers for your math courses.
