| Biography: | I am a career aviation professional. I am a retired Navy pilot and flew the P3 Orion and C-12 B/M aircraft. I served 22 years in the Navy on both active duty and finishing my career in the reserves. I am a 28 year, retired FedEx pilot and was a Captain on the B727, B757, B767, B777 and A300/310 aircraft. I was also a Line Check Airman and Proficiency Check Airman at FedEx on the A300 aircraft. I am a former DPE - Designated Pilot Examiner for the Atlanta FSDO. I owned and was the Chief Flight Instructor of a FAA Part 141 Flight School in Atlanta. I am a retired volunteer for the CAP -Civil Air Patrol where I held positions at both the Squadron and State levels. I am an A&P Mechanic with IA (Inspection Authorization) and have worked on many general aviation aircraft. I was a FAASTeam Safety Representative for the Atlanta FSDO for 26 years. |
