Dr. Luminita Hartle - Ed.D.

Assistant Professor

Biography: Dr. Luminita C. Hartle is an Assistant Professor of Special Education in the Department of Teacher Education & Social Work at Middle Georgia State University. She holds an Ed.D. in Special Education from Illinois State University and brings extensive experience in higher education and K–12 classrooms across the U.S. and internationally. Dr. Hartle’s work centers on teacher preparation, with a focus on inclusive education, early intervention, and evidence-based instructional practices for students with special needs. Dr. Hartle is actively involved in mentoring, curriculum development, and service to the field through research, publications, and editorial board work.
