Dr. McTyre's initial years in Cochran were spent putting on musicals and music reviews with a fun bunch of adventurous students who have moved on to a variety of careers nationally. After consolidation, he has been honored to serve as the Assistant Chair and later Chair of MCA 2015-2020. He returned to working as music faculty August 2020.
