Teaching and Research Interests: Dr. Nuckels typically teaches CHEM 1151: Survey of Chemistry I, CHEM 1211: Principles of Chemistry I, CHEM 1212: Principles of Chemistry II and CHEM 3311: Quantitative Analysis, though she has taught the other chemistry courses.

Her research interests are in ab initio computational chemistry, specifically intermolecular interactions as well reaction mechanisms and excitation states.
