| Biography: | Rosalyn Davis is an accomplished Criminal Justice Practitioner who brings over 37 years of progressive experience in the criminal justice field. She has served in leadership roles across all phases of the justice system, spanning both state government and the private sector. Renowned for her expertise in teaching evidence-based practices, Rosalyn has a proven track record in managing personnel and programs, designing and implementing innovative initiatives, and developing impactful curricula. Her professional strengths include staff development, program evaluation, strategic planning, and successful grant writing. With a strong commitment to transforming systems and supporting justice-involved individuals, Rosalyn continues to lead with vision, integrity, and a passion for professional growth. |
| Teaching and Research Interests: | Rosalyn Davis’s teaching and research interests focus on evidence-based practices in criminal justice, community supervision and corrections, substance use treatment and reentry services, and organizational leadership within justice agencies. She is particularly interested in bridging theory and practice by preparing students and professionals to apply research-driven strategies that reduce recidivism and improve outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
