Dr. Jennifer Shultz

Part-Time Instructor

Office Hours: I am online daily.
Biography: My name is Jennifer Shultz. I received my Doctorate in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2001 (go Bucks!), with a focus on aging and disabilities. I was recently employed by the State of Maryland at a County Health Department, where I worked as a Research Statistician Consultant, providing evaluations of several internal Health Department programs, as well as conducting complex data analysis for a variety of internal projects. Currently, I teach online Psychology courses, which I have enjoyed very much.

My other professional experiences include working as an Evaluation Research Analyst in Washington, DC, contracting with the National Cancer Institute. During that time, I did some volunteer work at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, a very moving experience for me. Prior to this, I spent several years teaching Psychology at the college level.

When I am not teaching or working, I enjoy gardening, hiking, really anything outdoors! We are lucky enough to live on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, which allows us to have access to the beach, wildlife areas, great woods for hiking, and so forth.
