Tuition
Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) transfer students will pay Middle Georgia State’s in-state tuition plus institutional and technology fees. Current undergraduate tuition rates are posted here https://www.mga.edu/bursar/tuition-fees/index.php.
Accreditation & Designation
The BS in Information Technology program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org.
Through its Department of Information Technology, Middle Georgia State has been designated:
- A National Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency
- A National Center of Digital Forensics - Academic Excellence by the U.S. Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center
MGA B.S. in Information Technology -- TCSG Transfer
The B.S. in Information Technology program includes seven concentrations: Cyber Forensics, Cybersecurity, Integrated Digital Media & Game Design, Network Technologies & Administration, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, and Web Applications Development. Eligible TCSG students interested in Middle Georgia State’s 4-year IT degree program will be able to seamlessly transfer their coursework (60 plus hours) and complete their degree face-to-face or fully online.
