Conference Funding, Research Funding, and/or Inviting Speakers/Trainers

Who can apply?

Only full-time, tenure-track faculty members. Administrators and members of the Teaching Resources and Budgetary Allocation Committee are ineligible.

To apply for funding

Use the forms linked below. An example is provided for each application type to aid you in your completion of the form. The application is to be sent to the current chair, Dr. Becky Gee, of the Teaching Resources and Budgetary Allocation Committee as a PDF document.

There will be two rounds of applications, one for the Fall 2024 semester and the other for the Spring 2025 semester:

Application Deadline for Fall 2024 Semester – close of business on Monday, September 30, 2024. 

Application Deadline for Spring 2025 Semester – close of business on Friday, January 24, 2025.

All submissions must be e-mailed to the Committee chair (). Qualifying expenses incurred in the fall semester or incurred prior to June 30, 2024, can be reimbursed if approved by the Teaching Resources and Budgetary Allocation Committee.

Please note: The Teaching Resources and Budgetary Allocation Committee will give priority consideration to application activities that align clearly with the mission, core values, and strategic initiatives of the University. Late applications will be considered only if funding allows. Incomplete applications will not be considered.


Applications
