Facilities Services
Requests for custodial services can be made by submitting a work request at https://webtma.com/. This could include problems with service, additional needs or special project requests.
- Key request forms
Key request forms can be obtained from this link, Key Reqest Authorization and Agreement, or directly from Facilities. The key request form must be printed and completed manually by all requesting parties. All completed request forms must be signed by the receiver's supervisor (i.e. VP, Dean, Chair) and submitted to Facilities. Photo copies of the form will not accepted. Key request forms are generally completed within 24-48 hours. The key requestor may pick up the key from Facilities and sign the form upon receiving his/her key(s). - Changing Offices
If you are moving to another office, you must return your old office keys to Facilities and have them removed from your record. Updates will need to be made to the employee's Key Request Form in order to add the new office keys. - Key Cards
Exterior keys are not distributed; however, your key request form may include a request for card access to the exterior doors. Card access to exterior doors begins with the employee having his or her ID card created by Card Services located in the Campus Support Services Building. The same ID card can then be programmed by Facilities to grant access to the requested card access locations. A lost or missing key card must be reported to MGA Police immediately. There is no charge for replacement key cards. **Please note that the same key card can be used at the Macon and Warner Robins Campuses. No one should have two key cards. - Replacement of Lost or Stolen Keys
- The key holder agrees to report such loss or theft immediately to Facilities. There is a $10 per interior door key charge per lost or missing key. In the event an exterior key is lost, it is $50 per door; all grand masters are $100.
- Fees will be paid to the MGA Bursar's Office; a receipt will be provided. The keyholder will submit the receipt to Facilities and will be issued replacement keys. Replacement keys are usually available 24-48 hours after Facilities receives notification from the Bursar's Office. - Retirement or Termination
When an employee leaves the Institution, keys must be returned to Facilities as part of the exit paperwork. Facilities will pull records and ensure that all keys have been returned. Any charges for lost or missing keys will be deducted from the employee's final paycheck.

To standardize copy paper ordering for all campuses, please use the following process as of 7/1/17:
All departments will be responsible for ordering copy paper from Staples Advantage as a regular office supply, just as they would for pens, paper clips, etc. Departments with offices on multiple campuses will need to place separate orders for direct delivery to each campus. Staples will deliver the order to Central Receiving, who will then deliver to the department. The only change will be how the paper is ordered, and not in how it is delivered. You will not need to complete a SchoolDude work order, as Macon/WRC staff have done in the past.
There will be no change in operation of the Macon Copy Center. Facilities will continue to provide 8.5 x 11 paper, with the per copy back charge to each department using the larger, high-speed copiers located there.
If you have any questions, please call the Macon Facilities office at 478.471.2780.
Please report any pest control problems to Facilities by submitting a work request at https://webtma.com/.
Please note that the pest control company is not allowed to spray in an occupied area; therefore, all pest control calls are responded to on Friday evenings after buildings have been vacated.
