12th Annual Knights Golf Sets Record

2026 MGA Knights Golf Tournament raised $95K for MGA Knights Athletics thank you sponsors and players

 

Supporters of Middle Georgia State University gathered April 13 at the picturesque Brickyard Golf Club for our 12th Annual MGA Knights Golf Tournament. With gorgeous weather, a pristine course, and an atmosphere filled with Knight pride, this year’s tournament set a new standard for success.

For the first time, the event featured two flights, welcoming a total of 32 teams to the course. This expansion allowed the tournament to grow and created a dynamic experience for players and sponsors alike. Photos from the golf tournament can be viewed here.

Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, players, and supporters, the tournament raised over $95,000 in revenue, a 28% increase over 2025. From sponsorships to on-course contests and day-of fundraising, every element of the event contributed to this result. These features added to the fun while making a meaningful impact.
