Passport Information
Traveling abroad can be exciting, but since it involves going to another country it is always best to be prepared, and to remember you still need a passport. Utilize these links through the State Department to find the information you need to be informed and stay safe.
Mandatory Insurance
The University System of Georgia negotiates a system-wide insurance policy that is mandatory for all study abroad participants.

Participation Agreements
Faculty, staff and students participating in a study abroad program must submit an agreement at least one week prior to departure. Important: Please select the ONE agreement that matches your role in the program:
- Student Participation Agreement – for all student travelers
- Faculty/Staff Program Leaders Agreement – for faculty and staff leading or supporting the program
