Cost

Through MGA's exchange partnership with Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, participating students continue to pay tuition and required charges to MGA and are exempt from host-institution tuition for approved exchange coursework. Most required books and study materials can be borrowed from Haaga-Helia's libraries or public libraries, helping reduce academic expenses.
Students are responsible for their own living and travel expenses while studying in Finland, including accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, and other personal expenses. Students should also budget for airfare and other travel-related costs.
*All estimated costs are provided for planning purposes and may vary based on housing arrangements, individual spending habits, exchange rates, and changes in local fees. Actual costs and requirements should be confirmed before departure.

Residence Permit & Financial Requirements
- Students who require a Finnish residence permit for their exchange must demonstrate sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay.

- This financial requirement is not an additional fee. It represents funds that are necessary to cover living expenses during the exchange.
- Students should review the current requirements directly with the Finnish Immigration Service before applying.
