The Nursing Application site for Fall 2024 RN to BSN Undergraduate Nursing program is now OPEN, the deadline is 4/15/2024. To be eligible for this program you must possess your RN license by the first day of class.
The Nursing Application site for Fall 2024 ASN and PLBSN applications are now OPEN, the deadline is 4/30/2024. Applicants will have until 4/30/24 to take and submit the TEAS exam.
The Nursing Entrance Exam signup and program application are two separate processes. If you are experiencing issues with the Nursing Entrance Exam signup process please do NOT submit another application to the program.

I understand that the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the confidentiality of my student education records (“Education Records”) and Middle Georgia State University (MGA) may only release these records to third parties with my prior written consent or as otherwise permitted by law. "Education records" are records that are directly related to a student and that are maintained by an educational agency or institution or a party acting for or on behalf of the agency or institution. These records include but are not limited to grades, transcripts, class lists, student course schedules, student financial information (at the postsecondary level), and student discipline files.
By completing this online application, I hereby consent and direct designated student conduct officers of MGA to release information related to my Education Records to the Middle Georgia State University nursing program and to the appropriate reviewers for the purpose of evaluation and admittance to the program. I understand that any conduct records will not automatically exclude my consideration for admission into the program.
