Join us for Fall 2026 Wellness Week, a weeklong celebration dedicated to supporting the overall well-being of the MGA community. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to prioritize their health and wellness through a variety of engaging activities, educational workshops, movement sessions, and wellness-focused programs.
Throughout the week, take time to focus on your mind, body, and well-being while connecting with colleagues, classmates, and the broader MGA community. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, learn something new, get moving, or build healthier habits, Wellness Week offers opportunities for everyone. Each event is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where members of the MGA community can recharge, reconnect, and refocus.

Join MGA and community partners for the Ride, Walk, & Wellness Celebration, an event focused on movement, health, safety, and connecting participants with mobility resources throughout Macon-Bibb County. Meet local organizations and mobility advocates and learn about community resources, programs, and opportunities that can help you stay active and get around safely. Participants will also have the opportunity to test out MGA’s new Bike Share Program by taking one of MGA’s new bikes for a spin around campus. Whether you ride, walk, roll, drive, or use public transportation, come discover ways to stay active, travel safely, connect with local resources, and engage with your community.
