Pilot Career Path Program

Middle Georgia State University is one of only eight universities in the nation that have been selected to participate in a new program that will put new pilots into sought-after jobs in the cockpits of Delta Air Lines jets. Delta’s Propel Collegiate Pilot Career Path offers a defined, accelerated and customized path from MGA to a Delta Air Lines Flight Deck.

Students who successfully apply, complete initial testing and interview will receive a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) with Delta Air Lines, Inc. The QJO provides a defined timeline in which qualified students can progress to Delta, offers three potential career routes and access to a Delta pilot mentor along the way. To learn more, check out this video, see the brochure below, or visit Delta Propel - Collegiate Pilot Career Path.

The next application window for the Propel program is now open from August 12th to September 6th, 2019. Start today by creating your Delta Propel profile. Eligible students will receive an invitation to apply from Delta’s team within 1-2 business days after submitting a Propel profile. For ease of use, we recommend using Google Chrome.
