Important Summer 2026 dates and deadlines are as follows:

Session I

May 27	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Jun 3	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Jun 3	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
Jun 23	Last day to remove Incomplete "I" grades
Jun 23	Final Grades due by Noon

Full Session

Jun 3	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Jun 24	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Jul 8	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
Jul 29	Last Day to remove Incomplete "I" grades
Jul 29	Final Grades due by Noon

Session II

Jul 1	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Jul 6	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Jul 8	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade

Short Session Grades: Although grades for the short sessions are part of the term, it is required that faculty teaching First or Second Session courses enter their grades by the posted dates on the Academic Calendar. The Registrar will monitor this activity and process grades so that they are available to students online. In certain cases, students will only be enrolled for these sessions and will require transcripts for the semester early.
