Faculty Important Due Dates

Important Spring 2026 dates and deadlines are as follows:

Session I

Jan 27	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Feb 11	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Feb 18	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
Mar 5	Last day to remove Incomplete grades ("I")
Mar 5	Final Grades due by Noon

Full Session

Jan 27	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Mar 11	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Apr 8	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
May 11	Last Day to remove Incomplete grades (“I”)
May 11	Final Grades due by Noon

Session II

Mar 18	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Apr 15	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Apr 22	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
May 11	Last day to remove Incomplete grades ("I")
May 11	Final Grades due by Noon

Refer to the academic calendar for short sessions grade due dates, Academic Calendars.

Short Session Grades: Although grades for the short sessions are part of the term, it is required that faculty teaching First or Second Session courses enter their grades by the posted dates on the Academic Calendar. The Registrar will monitor this activity and process grades so that they are available to students online. In certain cases, students will only be enrolled for these sessions and will require transcripts for the semester early.
