The Registrar's Office maintains records for all students who have been admitted to the college. We are here to provide students and faculty with support for registration, maintenance of student records, graduation, transcripts, and other related areas.

Spring 2018 application deadline is Oct 15, 2017.

Spring Ceremony: May 8 - Graduation Information
eCore Full Session: January 8 - April 20
eCore Session I: January 8 - Feb 28
eCore Session II: March 5 - April 24

Before registering for an eCore or eMajor class students must have completed the appropriate required eCore or eMajor Quiz.

October 23: Seniors, Georgia Academy, Dual Enrollment, Athletes, Vets using Edu benefits, Students with F1 Visas, and Students with Disabilities
October 24: Juniors 
October 25: Sophomores 
October 26: Freshman 
October 27: All Students (Except space available waivers.)

Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar is a service function within the Directorate of Academic Affairs that is committed to providing students, faculty, staff and administrators of the University with efficient, accurate, timely and customer-oriented administrative support for the registration of students each semester, the safeguarding and maintenance of manual and automated student records and academic history, degree audit and certification of students for graduation, academic renewal, residency determination, end-of-term grade and academic standing processing, certification of veterans, the evaluation of transcripts for new and continuing students, HOPE scholarship evaluation for transfer students and the protection of student privacy and rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other related tasks.
